Iserlohn, 07.12.2023: Following numerous awards for the LUCTRA® brand, the latest addition to the range - the LUCTRA® TABLE lamp has won another prestigious award. The German Design Council presented the award ”Winner“ in the Lighting category for excellent product design. The official presentation of the German Design Award will take place at the award ceremony on 26th January 2024 in Frankfurt.
”With its clear, minimalist design language, the elegant LUCTRA® LED table lamp emphasises a modern purist style of furnishing and promotes well-being through the realistic imitation of daylight“ was the judges verdict. The new luminaire from LUCTRA® was officially presented in October of this year. LUCTRA® TABLE LITE sets new standards by combining the latest technical possibilities with timeless design.
High quality of light
The new table lamp utilises findings from research into the biological effect of light on people. It focuses on the individual needs of each user and provides customised light exactly where it is needed. The light can be individually adjusted for this purpose. In addition to infinitely varied dimming this includes varied control of the light colour according to personal daily rhythms. LUCTRA® TABLE LITE thus implements the Human Centric Lighting (HCL) approach and ensures greater visual ergonomics and visual comfort at the workplace.
The latest LED technology not only ensures the best quality of light, but also fulfils all the requirements of the HCL concept thanks to its particularly and bright illumination of the workplace (900 lm), it also fulfi ls the legal requirements.
move to LITE: Light adjustment by gesture control
LUCTRA® sets new standards with three-dimensional gesture control. The light can be adjusted with simple hand movements below the luminaire head to adjust and regulated. The built-in sensor converts the movement into switching on and off, light colour and brightness.
Timeless and yet particularly light design language
Made from aluminium, the table lamp has a particularly light and base, body and head, the aluminium table light and elegant. It fi ts into almost any room situation. The black colour scheme follows current trends in the design of accessories in the offi ce and at home. All materials used emphasise the high-quality standards and are recyclable.
Thanks to its low weight the LUCTRA® TABLE LITE only needs a small circular base. This saves space on the work surface.
User-friendly functionality
The intuitive control system is a major advantage in the daily use of the LUCTRA® light. The power supply via an in-built USB-C connection is also well thought-out and contemporary. The universal connector format enables maximum flexibility when using the luminaire. In addition to using the power supply unit, there are other options: LUCTRA® TABLE LITE can be connected directly to a laptop or powered by a power bank. There are virtually no limits to the choice of work location.
